    Pick a wall that makes the most sense with regards to comfort/ergonomics when furnished. Wall hangings/drapes/pillows etc...added in the voids leftover. G

    The "DC to daylight" dilemma.On paper and in the laboratory it's the bees knees. In the field it needs to work like a well seasoned cast iron frying pan. Nothing much going on below 40Hz and above 12kHz and one open mic in a studio dominates the noise floor. G

    You need traps that work with pressure(high pressure equals zero particle velocity) in the corners. Foam works with particle velocity transferring to heat. G

    All that space behind the mix position is one giant bass trap. Seems you're over compensating (muddy) from lack of bass reinforcement due to no rear reflections. Enclose the space a bit to create a pseudo rear wall to give some beneficial reflections. Just a thought. Gary Flip monitors right...
