When I load up Sonar and select new project, I no longer have the choices for different templates... is there anyway to get this back? I may have deleted the files by accident, but I have it installed on another hard drive if I need to move them over, I just don't know where to find them. Thanks
We are working on an album, alot of the songs on the website will be on it. I'm the rapper, back up vocalist, and I do the samples you hear on Mt Sawyer and a couple other songs on my MPC. I really appreciate you taking the time to listen!
Thanks for listening. I'm thinking the snare may be back in the mix because I did use quite a bit of reverb on it, but I'll try what you said and see how it sounds too. Thanks again
I'm in a reggae/rock/touch of hip hop band and do the recordings and mixing myself in my studio. Just wondering what you guys think of the recordings/mixes. I'm looking for feedback particularly on "Mt Sawyer". thanks.
songs are at deadfishmusic.com

Now I'm getting an even weirder sound, I believe it's interference? Like you said maybe it's from the computer or some appliance? None of my other mics have ever done this which is why i'm so confused. I recorded a sample of what it was doing and attached it if that helps any.
My friend gave me an AT4040, but unfortunatly, it produces a somewhat loud hum/buzz. It sounds like a grounding problem. It still picks up sound fine, but it has the buzzing in the background. I opened it up to see if there was any loose wires but I didn't see any. Any ideas on how to fix this?
my band opened for badfish (sublime tribute band) in providence rhode island tonite, and these mics they had on the toms i was wondering what they were??? they were like ball shaped mics but like clipped on the drums... it sounded pretty decent
I have the 32 channel version, and i use the aux's for monitor mixes. make sure you put up the aux knobs not only on the channel itself but the seperate aux knobs over on the right side of the board.
If you can get something like this http://www.guitarcenter.com/M-Audio-Fast-Track-Pro-Mobile-USB-Audio-MIDI-Interface-103520185-i1126084.gc most of your problems will most likely be solved.
