Okay so here my story... I have a presonus FIREPOD which i just bought for like 220... Should i sell its and buy a MOTU interface??? I heard the pres are better in that interface, but i dont know. I need an interface with 8 sources enough to record drums so i want to know what you guys suggest??

dude im on that too, I would get sn Shure SM 57 FOR SURE! U will need it for micing a cab for guitar anyways. The GLS- ES 57 are Replicas of the SM 57 u can get 3 for liek 80 bucks, but i dont know... i rather buy a used SM 57. I dont think the GLS es 57 will sound near as good as an sm 57...

Which NAdy kit did u get?? Yea true thats why im looking for overheads that dont cost but that do the job well done... As of the tom mics, snare, kick im set i just need overheads. Thanks

Nuendo v3 is Very good.... so much u can do with it just need to learn its capabilities.

Do you guys like triggering drum records more specifically Kick drum?? I heard triggering snare is a bad idea... well what programs would u guys suggest for good kick triggering???
