avoid them. There are other ways to achieve that sound, whammy pedals, wilkenson bridges, change music styles:D

If you don't want a digital board, I second that 9000 talked about above. It is a great board and IMO beats the mackies.

Do all the tannoys sound similar? I have looked at active reveals pretty heavily, but are system 600, 800 etc way different or better? Additionally, everybody has brought up the mackie 824s, what about the 624s. I have a friend whose opinion I trust say that the 624s are flatter and easier...

I will say that my Antec runs way hotter than my generic 400W power supply. Like hot to the touch.

The model is Antec TruePower 480 Watt with Low Noise Technology. I was going to get the enermax, but Tom's Hardware did a PSU test and the Enermaxes sucked it up. The Antecs rocked so I got one. I need reliable power and low noise, not just low noise. --MIKE
