I just replaced the Fuses. Problem persists. I got some test leads, so I'm gonna go check the Voltages. Could the Fuse holders be defective?

I hope so too. Yeah, I've checked all connections and the signal flow over 10 times. I've checked it very briefly, I'm gonna do a more thorough search.
