Well that seemed to be the problem? I have been using Mixcraft and ever since I updated it last Sunday I have had nothing but problems. Maybe it is time for a new program. I wish I could play Mixcraft songs in other programs instead of having to re-record them.
I bought a MK319 from GC. I am going thru a m-audio mobile pre, so I take it I need to have the phantom power on.
I can plug in an hear my self thru my monitors, and when I try to record I can hear it in my headphones. When I try to play it back the it doesnt record everything (ex: if I record...
I know this is probably a stupid question. But I bought a Mk319 yesterday and I'm not sure about it. I have a crappy mic (not sure of the brand) and i can plug it in anywahere and it works. If I plug in the MK it doesnt, so (here's the stupid question) I take it I need a pre amp or something. I...
Does anyone have one or know anything about the recorder? I think I can get one from a guy for a few hundred bucks. But I would like to know if anyone else has one.
And if so what would be a quick way to make sure it all works?
Any feedback would be appreciatedon this.

Thanks for the info on the shockmount.
I need a few suggestions on mics (mainly for vocals, sometimes guyitar etc). I am looking in the price range under 150.

I have built a studio in my house and have put the pc in the closet. Is there a way to get the recording program to start when I am sitting behind the drum set or playing guitar. I use Acid Pro and Mixcraft.
I know there has to be another way other than me hitting record and trying to get...
