I've filed a complaint with PayPal & I'll let them do their thing. I'll also be following suit with ProTools, and file complaints with the Michigan State Police & IFCC.

Better communication will help alleviate impatience & worry on part of the buyers. I still have 2 pm's, one sent Friday, one Saturday that I didn't receive replies on. Good, clear communication is all that is needed.
