Also what room are you mixing in? Has it been acoustically treated? If not I wouldn't bother trying to get good bass/kick mixes. It's so hard to mix in a bad room and have it translate well.
Snare: Big EQ boost at 400 and shelf cut, smashed attack with an envelope shaper and added tape saturation and compression
Kick: Little boost at 71hz, notched out 150hz, big top shelf cut and small bottom shelf cut, added some attack and shortened length with transient shaper added a bit of tube...
Fixed the issues you stated except the bass, I don't know what you're talking about and can't hear what you're talking about. Took the liberty to correct a few pitch issues as well as stretch the end (BTW ALWAYS let your guitars ring out!! ALWAYS!!!)...
Spent a few hours on it, middle of the night, only referenced on one set of speakers plus there's a fan on in my room, here's my first mix, will check it again in the morning with fresh ears.

kick sounds like it has a bit too much bottom end and the transitions from verse/chorus kinda leave you let down. The song really needs to build and it is coming through flat and thin.
Something I've been toying with

Have fun guys
this track brought to you by over used limiting <face palm> unusable tracks and the vocalist didn't even have a pop filter on the mic. Definitely needed when the "hook" contains the word "People" repeatedly. The instrumental tracks sound exactly the same.
Cool stuff, next time name the tracks so we don't all have to figure out what each track is before we even start mixing, thank goodness there were only 9 tracks. Really dig the tune. Here's my try

Seems to be missing high end sparkle, a little high shelf on the OHs and guitar is probably all ya need. Other than that pretty good mix from my monitors.
Awsome mix except leaving that thick bass plus thick clean guitar in the beginning kinda sets up a let down when the distorted guitars and drums come in since they're just not as thick. I had to take almost all the bass out of that intro to get some impact when the band comes in. Is that the...
Unrarx is free to download, but reguardless these tracks aren't even tempo matched and the snare gets off beat halfway through the song. The patches are also very low quality not even worth uncompressing, move on.
