If the guitars are too loud then point their amps at the guitarists so they turn them down. Doing this will actually help the band develop a more cohesive sound and will help immensely when you actually start playing out. Tilt the Amps up at the guitarists ears not at their knees like...
Still over compressed on the master buss, if you listen to the beginning when the whole band comes in the mix gets "smaller". Vocals also come through a little muddy, probably EQ. Try taking off all the buss compression and limiting master and otherwise and get your mix sounding good, then...
Kingdom come: The beat is squashed to hell, need an uncompressed version. All the vocals are clipped slightly, need to make sure to get good recordings for good mixes. Signal path is number one priority!!! On that note here's what I did with it.
