my big question on amp or no amp--is just i see how a mxr doubleshot distortion and see if that gives me enough bottom end or since thats already 130 should i just give 300 more bucks and get a mg100dfx which my other guitarist has and is a nice little amp and use the distortion on that which is...

so really between the amps themselves theres 3 ways....deville, marshall,and both now how about my effects...i'd want my effects so they went to both amps just to make it easier and less complicated

say i have a fener deville 410 and another marshall amp-and i wanna hook these together at the same time... first off how would oyu just straight daisy chain them so there both on all the time....and second how would you do an a/b box sort of thing???

thanks guys...so im not gonna get a preamp im gonna use the pres on my mackie...but, question....how should i set up my compression in terms of my mixer and my recorder?

ive heard alot of praise about these mics but dont know of their similarities or differences. how does each compare sound wise and for what type of vocals? is one more intended for more screaming and yelling or are they both pretty much smooth singing mics?
