if i have one file already in sound forge can i add onto it from another file...like if my media storage medium didnt hold enough of the song that we jsut recorded it into 2 different parts...can i import it, and how?

timandjes-thats a help....but when you recorded drums did you do them alone or have the whole band play at the same time but only track the drums? kuz our songs have lots of little drum outs and drum ins so its WAY WAY easier with the whole band playing.....so my question would be do they pick...

would you consider paiste 302s more of a dark or higher sounding cymbal???or do you think i could skate by with 603s without lots of eq

i was set on getting a pair of 603s for my overheads but since i also need to get some other stuff for my rack and crap like that i have to use my money really wisely... my room is all covered with acoustical ceiling tile (on the walls too) and the floor is carpeted, so its a pretty dead...

has anyone gotten a good sounding kick with a br-8 or similiar console??? i have pretty much everyother part of my kit fine except the kick...it sounds awesome live but after a recording of it...its weak and just a duh...how do you guys get good kick drum sounds???? how about EQ and compression???
