Nope unfortunately at this stage I don't have a condenser Mic. I've just shelled out a lot of money for a custom built guitar so not much spare cash floating about at the moment hence why I'm trying to make do with the equipment I have :( Cheers, Muzza

Nah Stevie that's fine, I knew he requested tubes but I thought since a very clean sound was also requested I thought I'd throw it into the mix. :) If you want to spend a lot of money, I would agree with Stevie's suggestion of a Fender Twin that's what I'd probably buy but if it's about buck$...

Yes i've panned my guitar tracks maybe a little too wide, i'll try 80% L&R and see what happens, that gap is something i think I had noticed but not linked it to the guitars. thanks for the great input! :) Muzza

Thanks, I checked and yes still in production as their flagship product at £300 its a steal tbh and could be used for my whole recording 'career' :) Any others with input on the UX-8 would be great! Glad it has 0 latency mind you its a big beast of a thing! cheers, Muzza
