Have you run those utilities? They will delete everything that is safe to delete. I don't recommend deleting things you 'think' may need deleted you might end up with an unusable computer. The programs are you safest bet! :) Muzza

Yeah what michaelst said, you'll get a massive improvement on performance when rendering, processing etc! less chance of failure too! But we all make regular backup's don't we?? :p go for it if you have the cash! :) Muzza
