Yeah i see what you mean, the bigsby made for the tele' looks pretty clumsy. I'm a little concerned about how far back the arm is, looks like it'll interfere with the controls a bit.

Hello, i'm wanting to fit a bigsby arm to my telecaster, i was wondering which model is suited for telecasters & any complications that may arise in fitting one. Is this something you can fit yourself, or is it a definate pro job? Thanks in advance :D

Even a mackie desk would do the job, but if you are getting a good deal with the 3700, by all means go for it.

I don't think preamps for drums are that critical especially when you'll probably end up using mics like sm-57s etc and then compressing and EQing the tracks to hell anyway.

Only if you are not using any MIDI tracks, i had an edirol unit that was supposdly low latency, it wasn't. The only way i could sync midi was adjusting buffer sizes manually each time i was recording and playing back. If your not using midi then you can easily lay down a descent mix with one. Id...

Are you wanting something that will be expandable in the future? How much money are you wanting to spend? Are you just wanting to record a vocal line and lyrics to retain your ideas?

If you're going to get an SM-57 for recording guitar & bass etc, try and stretch to the beta version. When the SM57 Beta is close miked the bass frequences are boosted, when it is not it operates in the same fashion as a normal sm-57. If you just buy the normal 57 your bass will be punchy and...

Totally agree, you shouldn't go near behringer for pre's, once i got rid of my behringer mixer and bought a mackie vlz pro, i couldn't believe the difference in sound, The highs are dead in behringer mixers, not too shure about their outboard pre's, though i'd expect them to be very similar...
