couldn't find em anywear power :( i've heard great stuff about the Fostex VF-16, think that's the one my friend has.

yea i think i'm going to go for the VF16, my friend says that he loves his, and I can probably try his out, and chances are i'm going to like it, because his friend has the BR8 and he says that he likes it 10 times better.

is it good for band demos? easy to use? does it sound full? the br8 sorta sounds empty IMO

heh sorry i'm really bad with this. Yes i'm going for that touch feel mix ajustment I can get with these machine's, but truthfully i don't think there that much like computers. Not as many technical problems IMO and easier to use. Nice lil booklets come with em too =)

ooo another question. Can I get a better quality for encoding if I did the song at 96000 rather than 44100? Cuase I have that option, but not shure whether to record at fullest or if that'll kill my size. I'm trying to make files for a site with a 750 kb limit.
