I'm with the first mix crowd. The first mix sounds more...I dunno, real? Natural? Vibrant. The other one has a darker sound to it. When you listent to them both one after the other, the first sounds more alive and energetic. Cool song, man!

I finally settled on an 18 watter, myself. Even so, volume can be an issue when you want to really push the power tubes. Haven't gigged or rehearsed with it, yet. With 7:00 being zero volume, I'm shaking the house at 10:00. Haven't yet dared approach 12:00. One of these days I'll have to...

It's always worked fine for me for that purpose. I usually have the knob set around 10 to 11:00. It does start to clip if you go higher than that, but the sound has never dropped out on me.

I recently grabbed a Budda SuperDrive 18. I'm in love.

I hung mine up last weekend. I know it's best to keep them in a case, and humidify them and all that. But it seems a shame to keep them locked away, and then it's a pain when you just wanna grab it for a couple of minutes. So I hung them up. Looks great. Safer than on the floor in a stand...

So, I got a new Budda SuperDrive 18, with a Budda 2x12 cab. Bought me a Charvel with a Floyd Rose tremolo (loved the rest of the guitar, didn't really pay much attention to the trem). So, guess how I've spent my night. Playing my Charvel through my Budda? Figuring out all the sweet spots...

Another vote here, too. I'd bet the Wilderness Road Chorus does win - just because of the sheer size - think of all the friends and family they can mobilize.

This is also a lesson to all of us service users. You might never know who you are really dealing with until later. Always keep documentation of your activities. Take a note of your telephone call and any confirmation/cancellation numbers they give you, and slap a date at the top and throw it...

The fact that you can't cancel without paying the current invoice in full is what really shocked me. You want to impose interest on unpaid bills, that's one thing, but forcing the bill to keep growing unless the person pays a contested bill...that's scary stuff.
