hmm as big of a fan as I am of Tascam 4 outputs seems pretty weak on a 16 in card, but that's just me:)

that should work fine, you will just need some rca to 1/4" adapters, and then you can run a second rca cable from your master out on the tascam to the receiver and you will still be able to have everyone hearing it, you'll probably have a little bleed and just be careful the mic doesn't pick up...
