Hey everyone,
I'm currently buying some new gear for my setup and so I've decided to sell off my old setup to an engineer who wants to setup an interface at their home. I'm including 2 Aardvark Q10's (cards, cables, drivers and all) along with an Alesis 3630 compressor and a computer tower...
Hey guys,
I posted this mix on the forum about a week ago, but we've mastered it since then.
This is the mastered version and I'd really like some opinions from the community. How's this coming across on your end...
Good call on ApTrigga though. It's a pretty good program.
The slate digital programs come with a silly amount of amazing samples though.
I think you can download a 30 day trail of trigger off of their website if you want to check it out for yourself.
The long awaited master!

Gonna post that master quite soon here!

In fact, it's more easily achieved now than ever.....
I've said it before...
A live drummer is totally a must for grindcore/death metal styles. There is far too much 'finesse' going on with the drum techniques.
Even then, I totally recommend layering your samples with slate digital trigger afterwards. The live drummer will get the 'finesse' on the track, and trigger will...
