What up, Big Dawg! Drank a beer in your honor last night. Okay...truth is I drank about six beers in your honor! :drunk:
Then I toasted boobies and beer....with beer of course! :laughings:
I had those hideous purple Tannoys a couple years ago. Sounded as flamboyant as they looked.
Got a pair of active Rolands now. 6" woofie, 1" dome. No coloration, no detectable ambiance of their own.
Happy Friday, Lady! :drunk:
I may need your help. Gonna try to keep three yungins (19, 20, 26) focused long enough to hack out some tracks tonight. Bring the heavy metal whips! :spank:
Thanks for the kind words, man. I'm stayin' cave bound til I get my music room up and running. To do otherwise is just a big tease that'll cause me to rush and cut corners! Have a good weekend!

I'm using this set with a pair of their F15's for overheads. Pretty decent results for the money. Eventualy I'll upgrade the 15's with some C1000S units. Might grab a kick mic with a little more generous SPL capacity.
I only listened to the first clip. Your rig sounds fine to me, except the eq or filtering on the very last take.
Your playing isn't half bad either. Couple little flubs here and there like you were trying to hurry, but over all...well timed.
