Absolutely..... it can be used as a simple effects unit w/ or w/o a DAW. It's front panel is very intuitive, and real knobs are great....

Hmmmmm..... first off, I hate rap. Just so you know.... BUT, this is the first rap tune in the clinic that I listed to the whole song. Why??? The lyrics kind of got me. A lot of desperation there. Also, It was a pretty "sparse" arrangement. I liked that. Not a lot of crap going on to take away...

Wow!! My CPU never went to 20% before just playing raw tracks!!! And I NEVER saw my HD usage indicator come up off zero!!! I think my previous biggest project had "only" 26 tracks.... :D I'm afraid to see what happens w/ a bunch of plugs!!!! I'll probably reduce the track count to about 35...

1.) I Really like the Event Monitors... everyone I know who has Events really likes them. Compare for yourself of course (if you have somewhere nearby), but Ithink you'd be happy w/ the Events. They are a good company to deal w/ also, if you need parts.... (I blew out a tweeter.... my fault...
