    i dont remember what brand they are, they are balanced, they are decent, no static, or extra noise that is noticeable at low monitoring volume~ just remember , alway get balanced cables, evne when ur sound module or effect have unblanced outputs

    ysm1p are supurior than alesis m1 the resolution is just better, better than MK2 version also, just the upper mid is annoying on some bright sounding music ... to my ears oh and the bass isn't as big fat sounding as m1mk2, but tighter, narrower, but still nice in a way PS, every monitor sound...

    it really isn't going to make any different if u use high grade cabels man~ with my setup, i use 1/4 for my ysm1p XLR for my 824 coz my mixer doesn't have two sets of XLR stere outputs but i only have two high grade mogi XLR cable soo... i fed it to my 824~ hahahaa

    bm6a are easy to listen, but i donno about the warfedale with an extramly expensive amp i choose 824, because i like its bass better over bm6 anyway, for the price of the Wharfs i'm not expecting much from them, VS. bm6.... i wont even dream about it... but i'm really interested to hear from...

    their PRO DESK 2.1 kick ass the best sub intergration i have heard! super smooth!, feel like theres no sub! very nice imaging when compare to BM5a side by side but how ur set up ur sub for ur mixing deck, table... is another story
