I think for the price of the korg $1599 + cd burner $100 it is better than the roland. I personally went for the yamaha aw2816, which for $200 more has automation, better eq and cd burner included. Much more upgradeable than the others especially with that option slot and waves card. Steve

Or you can get a cheap 2 channel mixer (maybe $50) with 2 phono inputs and two outputs. 1 set of outputs to your tape deck (rca in) and the other pair to your pa mixer. Steve

You need an amplified phono pre-amp (about $30) to plug in between your turntable cable and your tape deck rca in. then take the rca out from the tape deck to the rca in on your pa. Hit record and pause on your tape deck to monitor the sound. cheers. Steve
