My 24 and I have spent 4 wonderful years together, never had a single problem with it except for one time the power cable was loose and it would fast forward and rewind at a really awkward speed but it wouldn't play! Replugged the cable and it was smooth sailin. Dunno if you have this...

Yeah for starters all of the cymbals were terrible because my roommate (the drummer) got his cymbal bag stolen at a show a few weeks earlier, and also the drummer is singing the 2nd part so the cymbals are bleeding really badly into his mic. It was just something we did for fun, no real attempt...

Just got it today and once i put a new power cable on it it worked great, except it seems like the "control" setting needs to be changed with some kind of plug (see pic in article) now i know theres no way im findin one of those plugs, is there something i can rig up to do the job? Lately I've been tracking a lot of singer songwriter guys, so I'll record the first layer of guitar with this guy and then I bounce it over to my MSR 24 and just get really depressed that the other 23 tracks don't sound anywhere near as good haha :D I've also done a few bands (bass drums guitar)...
