Liquid cooling is always better than a fan. (It's way more effective and silent) And on PC, any graphics, even built in, allow you to do the dual monitor thing.

It would probably have to connect through the audiogram 6, or buy a $40 UCA (something like that) 222 USB interface by Behringer and put it through that.
