I like the way it morphs into that psychedelic ending, that pitch shifting effect is great. The style is a bit more towards alternative, grunge and progressive in my opinion, not quite stoner rock to me.

I think it's the best mic from the list by far, I just prefer the neumann sound, it's personal preference.

I'm another classical guitarist here, you really shouldn't need much EQ, sometimes I boost the air frequencies above 16kHz by 2-3dB, but usually that means the strings need changing.

It's hard to beat fabfilter Pro MB for this, that is the only multiband comp I like the sound of.

I'd say use cubase but only go with version 8 or 8.5, forget earlier versions, they will work but the new features in 8 in particular make it so much better. Cubase is very easy to set up, maybe I was german in a past life, but I like the complexity of it, a DAW should not be too simple, when...
