Are you sure the dado's are PARALLEL instead of the back? Sometimes, when assembling a unit where opposite dado's are employed, one END panel may be slightly different, which manifests as NON parallel dado's. Just a thought. :) Anyway...ain't woodworking fun? btw, one time I specified over 500...
