lol I guess what im wondering is if its a huge disadvantage to work on the k-roks instead of the V8s. Because if the difference isn't that huge...i might as well go with the k-roks and spend the moeny on the mitif8.. any people have expertise in this?

yes actually...it was something much much dumber than that. i had the channels on the 01v 'on'...when they are 'on', nothing will play...well, switching the channels off, and boom, i got sound. i feel so dumb...but have learned alot of other stuff in the process. thanks again man
