Since you tried to upload it twice that means you did everything correct and your exported avi is perfect but it gets corny on Youtube. Have you tried other formats for export? I have noticed that WMV format worked fine on yutube.

Very good song and nice performance! Consider reassembling of the drum track. Not only levels and depth are problems, there are some sync problems too. I would try to cut the drums completely in the bridge parts (0.39-0.58). I don't think you need them there. sikter

Excellent song! Though, main guitar riff is destroying your sound. Try to retrack the riff with no distortion on guitars. Try some mild crunch or combine crunch with clean. Experiment with 2, 3 or 4 guitars with different octaves, clean, crunchy etc. You'll find something that sounds good...
