I already have a shure sm-57 and a rode nt1-a and I want to mic up a drum set. I wan't to do it the cheapest way possible so what two other mics would be ideal for this? And I would prefer to spend under $300 and e-bay is not an option for me. Thanks!
I want to make the overall volume of my projects louder, I have them as loud as I can turn it in my program without clipping but what do I need to do to make it louder without clipping. Do I need to use compression when recording? I'm not using a pre-amp could that be it? Someone help! Thanks.

I own Guitar Tracks Pro 3. I can open up fruity loops into guitar tracks but and when I have the track I want to record it on everything is fine, but when I arm to record it, Guitar tracks doesn't seem to record anything. The loop I made in fruity loops will be playing but it wont be recording...
