um...I don't think the earbuds have mics...I think they have speakers.....also an output device.... I was just saying the the IRIG would get you a 1/4" line in .....just saying....

isn't that sending one device output to another device's output? I don't think that will work - The only hard wire input on the i phone would be the usb.....there is something they make for the I phone called "IRig" which might suit your purposes....

i know a few scales and a little theory but, as far as the black dots on the lined paper go..............forget it............ but, I can pretty much figure out any instrument that has strings on it..... my oldest son can sight read and he can play, from sheet music, on the guitar, bass...

check the grooves in your nut and bridge...........perhaps you have excessive wear or a bad file job on the nut. you might need to raise all of the strings to accommodate or, replace the nut and, or bridge or, you could try a shim. You could also try a heavier gauge string.
