Try lowering your security settings in IE. If you're not using IE, you might think about it. Most don't have these issues.
Wanna know a trick I used back when we were on a shitty server? I got into the habit of selecting the entire text of my post and copying right before hitting reply...
You realize that opamps are not expensive components, right? The INA103KP is an $8 opamp. The INA163UA is a $5 opamp.
There's a lot more to a preamp than the opamps themselves. These components aren't selected in some kind of "good, better, best" order....it's just "what's cheap this week...
Well let's think about that though....
Do movies like goodfellas and pulp fiction glorify violence? Really? Do they convey violence and hatred as an acceptable, normal, fun lifestyle? Do people drive around watching scarface? And how do these movies ultimately conclude? Does the audience...
As a warning, never use the phrase "professional sounding" on this or any other BBS because you'll end up getting railed bigtime. Professional studios have tens of thousands if not millions of dollars worth of equipment to choose from, not to mention engineers with decades of experience.

Ok, assuming you're not using channel inserts, the easiest way to hook it up is to take the signal IN via the port labeled "IN" using a standard TS cable. Take the signal out via the port labeled "OUT" via a standard TS cable. If you're talking stereo, then repeat this using also the "Right"...
If you have $700, then what's the problem? The audiophile is only $150 and you'll have plenty of cash left over for two channels of preamp.

I've had something like 8 western digitals fail on me over the years. I'll never touch another one. Especially now that they've gone to plastic housing. That's just me though.
I totally agree on the flash drives...now that's something to look forward to! They already make em with...
Yup. Not exactly something that you can just plug into your existing system, although the newer intel chipsets have SATA standard I believe. Also there are adapters such that you could use a SATA drive on your existing ATA controller. Don't know how much they cost or how effective they are...
Which is what I meant actually. I've always had a very utilitarian outlook and sometimes I guess I forget to qualify what I mean.
The only moral obligation you have is to yourself (as you said). If Chessrock takes a gig that he finds morally improper then it could be damaging to his...
Welp, they're finally out...but spendy and limited in size.
I'm not yet convinced that there will be any benefit to the average DAW users. 32 24/96 tracks only requires ~9MB/s sustained transfer, which is half of what even the crappiest 7200RPM drives are capable of.
Doing things like batch...
You're 3 1/2 years too late on the second link!!! :) :)
Haha, man, we really need to get the FAQ's underway. My fault for holding them up!!

I'm going to disagree with Fletcher just because I've always wanted to:
I think that if you honestly feel that the content of the lyrics that you'll be recording is to inspire hatred, then you may have a moral obligation to deny them. I hardly doubt that this would be an issue if a bunch of...
If you can be as persistant about it as the vocal & PT guys have been, then we'll see :)
It's not like I make any real decisions though...I can only send suggestions to Dragon the same as anybody else.
