Can't hurt. What I use is 2 mouse pads (the thick rubberized ones) under each monitor. Seems to work well for my M-Audio BX8's and you can pick them up anywhere cheap. DD

Make sure all tracks to be mixed down are selected then "bounce tracks" to a stereo track. Then deselect those tracks and select the stereo mixdown track only. Now try to export as a .wav file and it should work. Works in Sonar 4 Producer anyhow. DD
