    sorry....lookers on.........I think I solved the problem, by using the cd drive, and the cd writer function. It just takes the time to "pre-master" each track before the burn. what a dickwad I am......... :D :D :D :D :D

    if the acoustic Alvarez is the one, you can get a pick-up system later. learn some playing, and then get a system. We have a 28 year old Alvarez that's a great box. I'm glad you didn't pick up my Martin at jamfest.......you could be going deep in the pockets. :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

    Speaker stands??

    I built mine..........4" PVC pipe, a couple closet flanges, and a couple pcs of 1x12 lumber. they work fine.

    Buying Acoustic Guitar

    I saw one of those 100,000.00 Martins at the factory last year. It was in a glass case. they had a picture of Stephen Stills checking it out, and playing it. I just wondered why they didn't let me play it. :D :D :D :D :D and on a side note..........I love my HD28.

    I do this all the time. I use a MXL V67 all by it's lonesome. (the 990 should work like this too). I also use a HD28 Martin. All I do is put the mic about nose high, 12-16 inches out, (this may depend on his/her projection, and may need to be closer) and go. The mic being nose level, with me...
