i totally DID read the manual big guy

so i found this old keyboard with a midi out so i thought i could use it as a controller. i plugged it in the midi in on my firepod setup the input in my cubase etc. and when i go to the key editor it registers the keys that i am hitting but i dont know how to record me hitting the keys...

so got a firepod works great with its cubase le but i dont like cubase le i LOVE adobe audition i recorded on adobe auditon and it worked fine but now everytime lets say i record guitar to a metronome when i play it back its completely off timing like the sync was messed up with the program it...
