ya Check out the Echo Layla 24/96....it doesnt have an pre's but the drivers are great and has roughly the same features a delta 1010 has...(8 ins and outs, D/a converter, midi in, out, thru, s/pdif, and so on...draw back is the price, check out ebay; its the best place for cheaper prices.
