    Kick and Snare hitting at the same time withot clipping?

    How can I achieve this?An example would be, Ruben Studdards-Sorry 2004, the kick is on every beat, and the snare hits on the 2 and 4, but when it does, its at the same volume level as the 1 and 3 when the kick is solo :confused: .The snare hits alone by itself at 1:34 ;) .

    I'm confused waht you guys are talking about :confused: when I pop any mainstream CD in and load it up in cool edit , it's hitting the red- 0DB .You guys are sayin -15 DB :confused: that sounds too low.
