    Hey mutt, i really like what the zpoxy does for the grain - bringing out the natural brilliance. How much of the bottle do you go through for the build, was it three coats and sand before the sealer? Absolutely Brill Smashing.

    Make sure any wireless adapter is disabled. I found this out the hard way a while back. I didn't even have my laptop connected to any network but the wireless was on and the sound degraded after a few minutes. Just a thought.

    Just like any other muscle if you don't use it you lose it. if you are not singing to your top range for 4 month that would diminish the range you can hit. If its not a physiological condition you can most likely get it back with training and vocal exercise.

    I have my pdf templates and 3/4" MDF to make the templates. et all, is hoging out control cavities with a forstner bit by hand drill not a good idea? in thinking id like to try to get rid of as much material before using the router.
