Thanks for the congrats, we worked hard for this. I must be honest, there were some questionalbe calls, and y'all did play with more consistancy, but we had been faced with bias refs our whole play off run. Let's not forget Troy's reversed interception in Indy....And as far as our play, it...

    sampling tips for a beginner?

I agree, it is, and I still get hyped over hot soul samples, but I believe the sped up soul will soon go the way of the dinosaur. I'm still trying to figure out what kinda deal Kanye got with these publishing houses. I placed a sample joint last year, and the publisher took a chunk outta mime...

    sampling tips for a beginner?

Just make sure once you have the feel of doing different things with samples, youstart to experiment on your own. The last thing we need is some more little Kanye's running around.

    sampling tips for a beginner?

If you're just gettig started, find a sample someone's track that you like (Kanye, Alchemist, Dj Premier), and then find the original sample(it's usually in the credits), and then try to recreate that track. That will give you a feel on how to use samples. Both looping, and chopping.

The Difference between Beat Maker and Producer!

Yeah that does happen, as long as it's hot, whoever works on it is cool, but if they bring the song back to me, and my part(meaning the track) ain't hot, please believe there's gonna be some changes.

The Difference between Beat Maker and Producer!

I hope everybody is doing it like that. Don't even call yourself a producer if you're not. Even though the track has been passed on to an artist, it's still a representation of you, and why would you not rep yourself to the fullest everytime. You never know who is gonna hear what.

    "lock N Load"

What up man, I see where you're going with the dark, street sound, but as a suggestion, you might want to spend a little money on upgrading your sounds, believe me it made a world of difference to me when I did it. Also work on your mix too. You want to get that right balance, so the right...
