Coyote = Peyote Peyote was a cactus that the cowboys chewed, got them high. The Eagles use it in the song "Bitter Creek", on the Desperado album (which contains 100% cowboy songs, BTW). I like what you're putting together. -Mike

Very catchy and engaging - but boy you need some bottom end thunder in there. It cries out for bass!

I loved the song, the piano and the lead vox. However, I thought the song would be better without the harmony. It distracted me, and amplified the wavering pitch. I think you can get away with less-than-perfect pitch (Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Dewey Bunnell) as long as there's only one voice...
