    Keyboard Question

I can see a pianist/live player wanting an 88 key for performance purposes, he/she wouldn't have to shift octaves. I'm not a keyboard player so for studio and hip-hop purposes 61 key is just fine for me, plus it takes up less room. I feel you on the price differences though. I know with the...

    DMP3, Art TPS or TAMPA

The DMP3 is a great bang for the buck, but I'd go with the Tampa personally because you get a good pre and a pretty good comp.

    RNC vs. Pro vla

I too have a Pro VLA, never used the RNC but the Pro VLA is a lot cleaner than I think people give it credit for. It does add a bit of character, to where I hear that the RNC doesn't. Anyway, the VLA gets used for Vocals 95% of the time here and on occasion on the master bus. As someone stated...

How to get your name up?

Ain't seen you around in a while Tone, what's good? As far as selling beats ammarg, there's really no set formula. Different things work for different people, just take into consideration how many other people are online trying to sell beats. I'd say try to compile as much information as you...

    Snippets

I like that Boss04 Club joint. On these PC speakers I can't tell, but is that a 808? If so I think you should layer a lighter kick on top of it for those listen on small speakers. I can hear that being a southern club joint though def.

    New vids…padKontrol & Live

Me too, I just got into MIDI earlier this year. I always went straight audio and tried to avoid MIDI as much as I could... until I got Reason which led me to get CubaseSX3 since Audition didn't support MIDI... then ofcourse had to get other VST instruments/samplers... Damn this is an expensive...

    Gully Jewels...

Thanks for the feedback BK & Noddy, I was just playing around with effects and stuff on a sample I found not really thinking it would amount to a decent beat. What's funny is it's a chick with a high pitched voice singing the original song but I lowered the pitch of her voice and sped up the...

Go to band administration, then towards the mid-bottom you'll see Linking Tools. Click that and it'll come up with a lo and hi-fi link like that. Just link to a song.
