Emu Vintage Keys!
Probably one of the best modeling modules for mellotron (and Chamberlain) sounds out there. As far as Vsti's, M-tron is cool also. Memotrons are VERY cool, but also VERY expensive.
I was in a similar position with my jazz guitars (playing through my Blues Jr.)...one day, I disconnected my pedalboard, and my rack effects, and simply played through the input of my Blues Jr. and the guitar sounded wonderful. I should also note that I use the Blues Jr. for Blues and rock...
I have a few oldies as well...
TX 802, JV1080, D550/PG1000, and Memorymoog (to go with my Triton, Juno G, Nord Electro, MicroQ, Micron, Wavestation, Motif, Vintage Keys, QSR, Evolver blah, blah). I run everything into a 32 channel Behringer board, I use both a Lexicon MX 200 (dual channel MFX...
I've got Korgs, Yamaha's, Roland's...
But my dream is to get a nice Kurzweil keyboard or rack module. The K2500, K2600, PC2R are all really nice, and I think for sound and feel, Kurzweil's are awesome. I love my Triton Studio, and my Motif ES rack, but I would say Kurzweil's are as good or...
A Direct Box Would Work...
But, I believe that the DP 02 is set up to take either hi or low level input signals, so you COULD possibly use your G-Dec as a pre-amp and go right into the board (I mean the DP O2)...without hurting the unit. I'm even thinking the DP02 has an on board pre-amp also.
Nice Pics
Good looking set up. My set up looks less like a studio and more like a rehearsal area (I use a Tascam 2488MKII for recording...no computers:eek:
I'll try to upload a photo, but it may be too big...is so, I'll try to reduce later.
Damn, and I thought I had a lot of stuff...
Not looking to sell anything, but, going from memory (as my studio is in the basement), I've got:

Ultimately, who gives a shit...
as someone said earlier...A more important question should be, "who's a better guitar player....Jimi Hendrix or Jimmy Page?":)
The funny thing about Townshend...
was that he smashed up a lot of SG's and Strats, but 've never seen him smash up a Les Paul. He also did this, not because he was pissed off, but he thought it was art
The classic is watching Jeff Beck smash up his guitar in "Blow Up". Cool...
I second that!
There are lots of musicians who are cool. There are also a lot of musicians who are spoiled, rotten babies. If I saw this guy in person, I'd tell him what a douchebag he is, and could only hope that he'd take a swing at me.
Well...
You could Y-out the mixer into to channel B (but it would be a mono signal), and plug the guitar into Channel A (I believe Channel A is for low level signals primarily when going mono), but I'm thinking the recorder would still record the guitar. You could use a separate mixer for the...
