Im a guitar player, and I use CWPA8, as well as Guitar Studio 1.02. I want some synth sounds, and bass lines and stuff that I know if I had a midi keyboard, I could do. BUT, without a keyboard, How and waht do I need to get the synth stuff???

hmmmm Yes, I have to full duplex crystal sound cards that are midi, I guess I just need to experiment!! :) I want to know where to put the DirectX plugins so that they can be used. Guess I better go back to the online manual....ugh!

drums How do I intergrate midi drums into Guitar Studio v1.02? Like I said, I can insert drum tracks into my mix (*.*wav files). I'd also like to know how to get other effects in my mix too. Thanx for all the help so far!! Shane

thanx!!! Yes, the little Audio / Options thing worked now I record and listen and everything ROX!!! Now, what is the best way to get a drum beat going. I have been inserting wav files that I generate with Hammerhead and splicing when needed. What do you do?

Ok, Im pluggin away, recording some stuff, BUT, after I have recorded an audio track on track 2 lets say, then I want to record another audio track on track 3 lets say, after I arm track 3 etc, and press record, I cannot monitor what I have just recorded on track 2....I am recording blind...

my comp I have a P200mmx 64megs ram, SB Live, 6.2 gig HD.....

Pro Audio 9 or Guitar Studio v1.02 I just snagged them both at a Computer swapmeet for $10 ea...hehe which one should I use???

Does anyone use Cakewalk Guitar Studio....?? Being a guitarist, it seems like the best multitrack software for me.....any thoughts??? Shane
