As far as it being under warranty I'm not the original purchaser so I believe I'm screwed as far as the warranty goes.I bought it 6 months ago for $650.00 but it worked flawlessly up until a week ago.I might try a new drive and see what happens.Thanks,Greg

Thanks!! Yeah,I had a notion that what we were hearing had to do with wow and flutter.I had the reel to reel serviced just recently and everything checked out fine.I'll just recut the tracks we can hear it on and pray for the best...........:D

Unless your planning on transporting your rig to gigs or remote recording it's so much cheaper to build one.You can buy the pre drilled rack rails and construct a rack to your specifications.I'd recommend slanting the front of the rack as it's easier to view and tweak parameters....:D
