dont totally agree. but i would say the record does lack feeling/depth. Axl seemed to have a few good ideas but sat on them WAY too long and went TOO far with production. Chinese Democracy ended up being the most long awaited letdown of history

i dont exactly know what you mean by "edits" however i think it does lack power and depth. it all seems in mono-- the dynamics seem marginally better than other modern records, however.
