Hi guys, In my studio thread here you can see that there is a wall mounted air conditioner (broken and the landlord won't replace it) in the room I'm recording in. Question, what would you do about this if it were in your studio. I'm renting the premises so removing the unit is not an option...

Yeah I did notice that in the contract. The only instance where that would be applicable is late payment of rent by (I think) 60 days.

Just out of curiosity, for those who have compared Pro Tools to Reaper, which version of Pro Tools were you using? I've heard that Pro Tools HD runs considerably better than the LE or m-powered. CFox, I agree, you are awesone :)
