yeah ,10" is definetly enough, I haven't done much recording, but when i did, i used about an 8" speaker and it didnt sound bad at all.

1 bass drum
6 cymbals and a bell
1 snare
4 toms (i have 2 floor toms)
the set is backed into a corner, like when i sit down on the throne, my back is facing...
I used those with my friend. i bought the smason Q-Tom mics, we thought the clip might propose a problem, but the dont, so no worries. Besides why pay 40 bucks for one stand when you can buy like 20 clips for the same price.

dont even pay that much for it, look, someone on thi website recomended another site that they sell them for 30$. they are the same exact thing, the only difference is it says es-57 but IMO, the recordings sound even better than an sm-57 here is a link www.speakerrepair.com

Travis Barker is an awesome drummer, allthough it seems like people think that without him blink wouldnt be good , well i beg to differ, there songs are awesome, it doesnt matter that they are mostly powerchords, what sounds good sounds good.IMO
