Thanks for the listen, Dogman. Recording was pretty basic...The acoustic (MXL 990, if I remember) was doubled with a clean electric (SM57). Bass, keyboards, and the fake drums all direct through the board. The solo was the first thing I got to record with the new Seymour Duncan pickups, and...

Yep, did that too. :( Correct version, installed and unzipped in the right place, and N-Track still acts like I don't have it installed when I try to do an mp3 conversion. There's gotta be something horribly obvious that I'm missing. 'preciate you checking in here, Treeline.

My operating system crashed on my DAW hard drive...now I've finally got everything up and ready to go on the new one (managed to save all the song files...whew!!), but now I can't seem to get this stupid BladeEnc crap working in N-Track. WTF? Help!! :eek:

Chris Harris really does fucking rule. Anybody doubting this needs to dig up his old "Fuck You" song to discover what music should really sound like. His kid also sings better than anybody you've ever heard. I heart Chris Harris. :)

I do the "one way" block. It's a 7 string...go figure. Try tuning one of those beauties. ;) Since I blocked it off, I actually get to spend time playing my guitar rathing than "tuning" it.

I'm interested in these guys. I've only heard a little bit of their stuff, and I remember digging it quite a bit...with one nitpick: The drummer really needs to lay off of the constant ridiculous fills. I'll check out the new one soon.

Very cool job on the cut and paste action...you know how weird it is to hear something that sounds almost disturbingly familiar, only to realize "hey shit! I played that! kind of!" Great ideas on piecing this one together, and hopefully we can do some more soon. We gotta get Dogman down...

YEAH!!! There we go!! Great work, dude...huge improvement on the vocals, and the overall feel of the song really came together on this version. Lead guitarist totally sucks, though. ;) :D Thanks for bringing this one back...I had forgotten how much fun I had doing this.
