I grouped all backing vocals together and used a chorus effect, that is why it is wide sounding. I used Melodyne to fix the pitch of the vocals. What word(s) are over-corrected to you? It might be a phasing issue between the two vocal parts. Thanks for the listen and feedback.

I first ran the vocals through a modified LA-4. Then I used the following plug-ins: Melodyne to fix the pitch issues; I just got Nectar Elements when I upgraded to Sound Forge 11, so I used a preset from that plugin, and finally applied some reverb from Breverb 2.
