I have 2 Audix D2 and 1 Audix D4 mics, never used and new in box right now. I'm looking to sell them for $270 shipped. Let me know if anyone is interested. Thanks!
BUMP...
I've had a few offers, but they've been a bit high. My recent offer wanted $380 plus shipping, so please keep in mind that these are over at 8th Street for $419 shipped. So, if you're charging anything that's $350+, I'd be better served buying it new for a couple more bucks. Thanks!
I'm looking to buy a pair of moderately priced studio monitors. I'm thinking something around $350 - $400 used for a pair max. I'll be using them to take with me on the road to do some tracking. So, if you have anything decent, let me know!
Looking for a another Firepod for my bandmate (wish I would have known because I just sold one not long ago!). If you have one for sale, or a DigiMax LT, please let me know...thanks!
I'm looking to buy a variety of mics. I'm looking for the following:
Shure SM7
RODE NTK
RODE NT5 (Matched Pair Preferred)
Audix i5 (1-3 of them)
Audix D1
Sennheiser MD421
Shure SM57 (Maybe a few extra - must be in excellent shape.)
If you have any for sale, please let me know!
Ok, after some more reading different boards, is it safe to assume that the Wet/Dry function is basically what is determining how much of which signal is making it into the final mix? For example, I have a snare track that is being sent to the drum bus. Let's say I apply some reverb to it, set...
Ok, so I'm hoping someone here can answer a few questions for me regarding the bus system in Adobe Audition 1.5, seeing as how the manual is pretty vague on all the details.
The busses seem to be stereo busses. So, it looks like you pan everything how you want it, adjust the volumes relative...
Hmm...I'll have to give it a shot before I decide to update. I'm running a 3.2 GHz PC with 1 GB of RAM that's getting ready to be updated to 2 GB, so hopefully it shouldn't be an issue. I usually never run any other programs along with AA either.
Thanks for the info, and props to Adobe. That's a how a good, reputable company should operate to begin with.
So what do you not like about 2.0 so far?
This simply applies to individuals looking to transfer the rights to an educational version of the software. It doesn't specify anything for those looking to upgrade.
Umm...no, we weren't. You may have spoken to a poster a while back in regards to his $39 E-Bay version, but you quoted me and my question in my post that was speaking solely about educational versions. Let me copy again for you:
"I thought upgrade's were available on most of the education...
Yeah, educational versions imply that students buy them. We're talking about educational versions, not second hand versions of editions or pirated copies.
OK guys, maybe someone here can provide some insight for me. I'm currently using Audition 1.5, and I have a Presonus Firepod. I'm using an Alto HPA-6 Headphone Power Amp with the units for headphone access.
I have the CUE outs plugged into the stereo inputs in on the back of the Alto. When...
I thought upgrade's were available on most of the education versions that Adobe offers? I have a buddy who had a copy of 1.0 that upgraded just fine to 1.5 I think. And I know people that have had education versions of Sonar and upgraded with no trouble, also.
I really dig my Sennheiser HD 280's. You can buy them new at Guitar Center for about $89. Nice sound to them, and excellent sound isolation for tracking.
If you like your Firebox, you could always pick up a Firepod for not much more. An extra 6 mic pre's, and it has line inserts on the first 2 pre's for compressors, EQ's, etc.
