Hey, Thanks for all of the nice comments The really nice thing I like about the mackie boards are theie pre-amps. We use the boards direct 24 outs running into a MOTU 24i. We plan to expand by adding 4 HD1296 MOTU and adding on a 24E which will allow us 48 inputs and 48 outputs.

Like I say I have only been playing for 2 weeks

We put a Shure KSM-27 dirctly over the F Hole. Approx 1 foot. Mabey the sound is because of my inexperiance? What do you think?

Yea we only record Christian Groups. We do alot of work for Church groups and so forth.
